The Children's Rights Director is often asked by the Government to find out children's views about ideas or changes that are being proposed in children's social care. This report is about the rules that the Government is proposing for running the new Contact Point database of all children in England.
Children's rights director for England, Dr Roger Morgan, has published a report highlighting the views of 62 children the government has consulted in relation to how its new Contact Point database will work.
